"Kiss Me Slowly"...

Okay I found this beautiful (understatement of the century) song when I was stumbling around on Youtube today. And I just can't help but share it with you! It makes my heart beat a little faster, so listen. And enjoy :)

So frickin gorgeous, right??

Anyway, today I made the poster boards with all the pictures from my life and it was yet another stroll down memory lane. It was slightly hilarious to find those pictures of me when I was around...11? And I thought it was cool to part my hair down the middle and wear boy clothes. Awe man! I don't know why I didn't stick with that look. It was a WINNER. I had these awesome boys slip on sneakers that I was totally CONVINCED made me look hardcore awesome. Those are my favorite pictures. Those ones, and the ones where my siblings have THEIR fingers up my nose, or the one of me almost dropping my brother on the shore of the ocean. But I think honestly the ones that take the cake are the ones where I have art supplies everywhere. On every birthday. And I always look so excited. It's just a wonderful reminder that this is my passion. Art is my passion and it always has been. And I just love that I can look back and see how my love for art has grown and grown. It's awesome!

Enough sappiness for one day.

SO, my sister has a boy now. And he's cute. And he's funny. Annnd he's 23. She is 20. My parents are 3 years apart. Coincidence? That is all I will say.

Typing when you are laying down and your laptop is on your tummy is really REALLY hard. You should try it sometime. It's a great workout.

I am going to my little brother's baseball game tonight. His team is called The Twins. Which just happens to be his favorite major league team. And tonight they are playing the Dodgers.
(I don't know if that means anything, but he told me it was a big deal)

My grad party is this weekend and my house is in a state of constant pandemonium! We (and by "we" I mean my mom) have been working so hard to get the landscaping done and, we've cooked a zillion million muffins and cupcakes. It's a brunch, you see, which means it is early in the morning and we're going to eat sausage and eggs and muffins and fruit. Which, I like all of. So it's a good deal. The decorations are all daisies. Fake ones of course. Real ones aren't really in season yet. :( But it will be lovely. We're displaying all my artwork. Well, some of it anyway. So that'll be kinda cool to see all of my work side by side. I never have seen it all together before. I just give it all away for some reason. It should be awesome. I think like 250 or 300 people are coming for sure. Isn't that NUTS?! Oy vey. I can't talk to THAT many people! I am an introvert. This will be exhausting. But good. But exhausting.
